Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the Marketing AI Hub service at marketingaihub.ai. For billing and legal notices, contact hello@marketingaihub.ai. The service is provided from Denmark.

2. The service

Marketing AI Hub helps you produce and publish social video with AI, with human review before anything goes live. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee specific advertising results.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in euro through Stripe. Current list prices are Starter €149, Growth €349, and Business €699 per billing period shown at checkout. The Growth System plan is quoted on request. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide until you cancel.

4. VAT

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT unless checkout states otherwise. Danish and EU VAT is added where the law requires it. The VAT amount appears on your Stripe invoice or receipt. Contact hello@marketingaihub.ai if you need a VAT invoice.

5. Cancellation and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel up to 7 days before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless required by law. Cancel via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing contact@marketingaihub.ai.

6. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account details, keep login details safe, and make sure content you upload or approve complies with platform rules and applicable law. Nothing publishes without your approval, and you remain responsible for what you approve.

7. Intellectual property

You keep rights in your brand assets and approved content. We keep rights in the Marketing AI Hub software, templates, and documentation. You grant us a limited licence to use your assets solely to deliver the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
