Marketing AI Hub is the controller for personal data collected through marketingaihub.ai. Contact hello@marketingaihub.ai for privacy requests. We process data in line with the EU GDPR.
We collect name, email, company details, billing information processed by Stripe, branding-kit materials you send us, demo-booking details, and technical data such as IP address and basic analytics needed to run the site.
We use this data to deliver the subscription, take payment, send onboarding and service emails, book demos, improve the product, and meet legal accounting obligations. The legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.
We use Stripe for payments, email tools for transactional mail, Calendly for demo booking, and our hosting providers to run the website and API. They only process data on our instructions.
Account and billing records are kept as long as you have a subscription and for the period Danish bookkeeping rules require after that. Demo enquiries are kept only as long as needed to follow up. You can ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to keep.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
The site uses essential cookies needed for WordPress, language selection, and security. We do not use advertising cookies on the marketing site.
